1. Delivery Coverage

  • We provide nationwide delivery across Bangladesh.

2. Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: Delivery is completed within 2–3 working days.

  • Outside Dhaka: Delivery is completed within 3–4 working days depending on the location.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka (Regular Delivery): 80 BDT

  • Sub-Dhaka Areas: 120–130 BDT (depending on location)

  • Outside Dhaka: 150 BDT

4. Instant Delivery (Dhaka Only)

  • We offer instant / same-day delivery service inside Dhaka city.

  • Instant delivery charges vary depending on the delivery location and distance.

  • Customers must confirm availability and charge at the time of order.

5. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after confirmation by our team.

  • Delivery time starts after order confirmation.

6. Delivery Conditions

  • Customers are requested to provide correct address and contact details.

  • Sultanentro BD is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or unreachable phone numbers.

7. Delays

  • Delivery may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather, political issues, or courier issues. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible.
